Every person is different in their requirements when seeing a Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE). Depending on your situation consultations will vary between each allied health care professional and will often then require a 3 or 6 month review period; depending on your current health status.

Education and support is the key to success!!!

We all learn at different rates and the benefit of having your own PRIVATE Health professional; is that they will look at you, the individual and not you the number in the system.

Mobile Services are also available at an additional cost or by arrangement with the certified health professional.

Remember that this is a private service and you should expect results. However as there is little government support for maintaining this private practice; there is generally a small out of pocket expense but what price do you put on your health?

Please see your Doctor as you may be eligible for a Team Care Arrangement(TCA)/Enhanced Primary Care plan (EPC) or Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA) referral.

This may the enable  eligible clients  for a Medicare rebate.

Closing The Gap

Multiple visits available with no out of pocket expense; should the doctor complete a 'Closing the Gap' Referral.
